Why We’re Here…
My love for the kitchen started in a big, magical house set back on acres of land along the Navesink River in Fair Haven, New Jersey - 29 Hance Road. I lived in Grandma and Grandpa’s house until I was 9, creating some of my fondest memories of family and food there. 29 Hance Bakehouse pays homage to my Grandmother Helene and Granpa Joel who are no longer physically with us but is still very much with me every time I bake.
